There are a variety of diets and fasting methods that have been circulating around the internet, and due to the pandemic, the influx of curious people and readers have increased immensely.

Amongst all the diets and fasts out there, one method that stands out is Intermittent Fasting. Its reputation for effectiveness and convenience have garnered positive results. But perhaps, the most common question people ask is: Why does it stand out from the rest?

The simple answer lies in the common statement ‘lower intake leads to more usage fat storage.’  Spending a shorter time in the eating window and more on the fasting leads to a more effective fat-burning cycle.
